What MarketMai collects

MarketMai collects the information you choose to provide, such as your email address when you request the free prompt sampler or join the email list. When you buy a digital product, Stripe processes your checkout and payment details. MarketMai receives the order information needed to confirm, support, and deliver your purchase, but does not receive your full card number.

Services that process data

• Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process ordinary request, security, and network logs.
• Stripe processes payments, checkout details, receipts, fraud checks, and refunds under Stripe’s own privacy terms.
• Beehiiv stores email signups and sends the requested prompt delivery, welcome email, and MarketMai email updates.
• Resend sends digital-product delivery and order-confirmation emails and therefore processes the purchaser email address and delivery details.
• Buttondown stores purchaser email addresses and purchase metadata used for customer records and follow-up.
• DataFast provides site analytics. It may process page visits, referrers, device or browser information, and similar usage data so MarketMai can understand which pages and offers work.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the site, deliver digital downloads, send requested emails, provide purchase support, process refunds, understand site performance, and meet legal or accounting obligations. MarketMai does not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any Beehiiv email. You can also reply to an email you received from MarketMai to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information tied to that email address. Some purchase and transaction records may need to be retained for tax, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
