Refund Policy

MarketMai digital products have a 30-day refund request window.

How to request a refund

Reply to the Stripe or MarketMai receipt for your purchase within 30 calendar days of the purchase date and say that you want a refund. Replying to the receipt keeps the request connected to the correct order without requiring you to post payment details publicly.

What happens next

The order will be checked and an eligible refund will be sent back through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary, so the credit may take additional business days to appear after Stripe processes it.

Digital access and license

MarketMai products are delivered digitally under a one-user license. After a refund, your license to use the refunded product ends. Please delete the downloaded files and do not continue using, sharing, republishing, or distributing them.

After 30 days

Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not covered by this policy. If a download link or delivery email is broken, reply to the receipt for delivery help even if the 30-day refund window has passed.
