Digital products and checkout
MarketMai sells digital guides, prompt packs, templates, and related downloads. Prices are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment and provides the purchase receipt. Access is normally delivered electronically after successful payment; no physical product is shipped.
One-user license
Your purchase gives one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the materials for that person’s own work or business. You may not resell, republish, upload, share, sublicense, or distribute the original files or substantially similar copies. Buying a product does not transfer MarketMai’s copyright or other ownership rights.
Your responsibility
The materials are practical educational resources, not legal, tax, financial, security, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting credentials and systems, following third-party platform rules, and deciding whether a workflow is appropriate for your situation. Results are not guaranteed.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by replying to your Stripe or MarketMai purchase receipt. The Refund Policy explains the process.
Site and service availability
The site is delivered through Cloudflare and uses third-party services including Stripe, Beehiiv, and DataFast. MarketMai may update, replace, or discontinue site features and product listings. Reasonable efforts are made to keep purchased download delivery working, but uninterrupted access to every third-party service cannot be guaranteed.
